The shogun realizes that Miaka is the Suzaku No Miko and attempts to capture her. But Miaka and Yui make a break for it. At the same time, a guard rushes in and tells the shogun that a suspicious man (Tama of course) as entered Kutou's grounds. Miaka and Yui hide in a room. Miaka tells Yui that if she (Yui) becomes the Seiryuu No Miko that they will be enemies. They talk about going back to Konan, when Miaka notices a scar on Yui's wrist. Yui insists that it's nothing, and she probably got hurt when she was transported through the book. She explains that the shogun found her and took let her stay at the palace. He is a Kojin (someone from the Far West). Outside, Tama is kicking some of the guards butts when he comes face to face with the shogun. He tells Tama that he is a fool for coming into enemy territory, but Tama demands to know where Miaka is. He atempts to attack the shogun, who resists him with only a slight touch. (this guy is strong) Chichiri appears on the roof and tells Tama to get out of there, in which he does. The shogun, who knows Chichiri is there, magically attacks him but Chichiri dissappears. In the room, Miaka realizes she needs "The Universe of Four Gods" back from the shogun. Tamahome shows up!!! Yui leaves Tama and Miaka in the room to get "The Universe of Four Gods" back. The shogun, whose name is Nakago btw, meets up with Yui. She demands that he give her the scroll. He does, but tells her to think about what happened 3 months ago. (we see a flashback of Yui being attack by thugs in the streets of Kutou) He tells her to go to the Seiryuu temple if she changes her mind about leaving with Tama and Miaka........Yui runs off with the scroll. In the room, Miaka and Tama talk about their relationship. Tama kisses Miaka!!!!!!!! They then confess their love for each other and have another really REALLY long kiss. Yui is outside the door, listening to all of this and feels betrayed. She begins to think that Miaka only came back for Tama and that she doesn't care about her. A few minutes later, Yui (who is pretending to be nice) leads Miaka and Tama (who think they are going home) to Seiryuu's temple. She (Yui) tells Tama to wait outside the temple while her and Miaka go inside. Miaka screams when she hears some thunder, which alarms Tama. He tries to get through the door, but Chichiri appears and says that there is a barrier that prevents Suzaku's sei from entering. Inside the temple, and angered Yui screams at Miaka and tells her that she hates her for betraying her. Miaka has no idea what Yui is talking about. Yui says that she loves Tamahome and that she will take him away from her (Miaka). Nakago then comes and Yui tells Miaka that he (Nakago) is actually a Seiryuu sei!! Nakago throws Miaka around a bit with his magic, but Chichiri appears and catches her before she is thrown into a wall. Chichiri then uses his magic to blowup a hole in the roof of the shrine......Tama appears. Determinded to save Miaka, he manages to run through the barrier. (this part is sooo intense, Tama looks really freaky!) He even manages to punch Nakago!!! Before things get worse, Chichiri tells Tama to go into his kasa with Miaka while he holds off Nakago's attacks. Tama yells that they will come back for Yui and they escape along with Chichiri. Astounded that they broke through the barrier. Nakago apologizes for letting them get away. Yui looks at the scar on her wrist and says "It's no fun if it's over too soon."
